HAC End of Year Member Exhibition and Social!

You (and guests) are invited to the Hat Art Club’s End of Year Member Exhibition and Social! This special ‘exhibition event’ is to celebrate you, and your fellow friends and members for their incredible talent and creativity! This low-key, ‘just for fun’ gathering will include food and drink, door prizes, games, a ‘special’ activity, and great conversation and fellowship! We will also be announcing our ‘summer challenge’ for which the successful winner will be awarded a $100 gift card! Come join us and celebrate the end ofa great artistic year!

So, what do you have to do? Just drop-off either your favorite finished work from this past year OR the very first painting you ever did! There are no rules for this—it could be something you did when you were 6…16…46…66 or 86! If applicable, please mat and frame your work if you can. However, if you don’t have a suitable frame or don’t have time to do this, don’t worry--we will proudly display it nonetheless!

Please drop off your artwork to the studio no later than noon on Friday, June 20th. Make sure the back is labeled with your name, the title of your piece, and if it is your “favourite” or your “first”. We hope that everyone will share a little bit about their chosen artwork at the event! Newer members are especially invited to participate! Don’t be shy—you are much better artists than you probably think, and you are amongst some of the most welcoming and supportive painters, sketchers, and creators you could imagine!
